How to make desk plates and name tags

  1. Paste your class list, one name per line.
  2. Choose desk plates or name tags, color or black and white.
  3. Click Print, then cut along the dashed lines.

Why desk plates with an alphabet and number line?

Young writers look up at the alphabet strip to find letter shapes, and use the number line to count on and back. Having both on the desk means fewer trips to the wall chart. Choose Outline to color and children can color their own name on the first day.
