How to make your classroom forms

  1. Choose a form.
  2. Type your name, your class and the date (or leave them empty to write by hand).
  3. Paste your student list, one name per line, for the forms that list the class.
  4. Pick the colors and click Print.

Which form for what

  • Every day: sign-in and sign-out sheet, weekly attendance, behavior chart.
  • For families: parent contact log, reading log and homework tracker, conference sign-up, volunteer sign-up.
  • For you: class checklist (permission slips, money, supplies) and the weekly lesson plan.

If the page prints small, set the printer to Fit to page; landscape forms need Landscape.
